• ONCE YOU PAY ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS!

• Any attempt or threat of a chargeback is strictly prohibited, and any attempt or threat will result in all assets being disabled.
• Without the prior written permission of Cameron (clewis329#9517), you are prohibited from reselling or distributing any of the company's (or individual's) work. Any unauthorized resale or distribution of the company's (or individual's) work may result in the imposition of a ban and the pursuit of legal action against the offending party.
• While a customer of Peak Modifications, you are prohibited from engaging in any activity related to leaking, including being a part of leaking discords or being on leaking websites. Any violation of this prohibition may result in the imposition of a ban and the disabling of your assets, without prior notice or explanation. Peak Modifications reserves the right to take such action at its sole discretion.
• Any credits that are included in a product of Peak Modifications may not be removed without the prior written permission of Cameron (clewis329#9517). This prohibition applies to both paid and unpaid items. Any unauthorized removal of credits from a product of Peak Modifications may result in the imposition of penalties or other legal action. The customer is advised to respect the work of Cameron and to obtain his permission before removing any credits from a product of Peak Modifications.
  Peak Modifications is not obligated to provide support for products, but support can be provided where possible.
• Peak Modifications has the right to revoke access to the customer's assets at any time and for any reason. Such revocation may be made without prior notice or explanation, and the customer will not be entitled to any compensation or damages as a result of such revocation.
• All payments are made through our website and only our website. Commissions will proceed via an invoice.
• Although users are permitted to make modifications and edits to the code of the bot or program outside of the configuration file, but such modifications and edits are made at the user's own risk. Peak Modifications is not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from such modifications or edits.
• The products of Peak Modifications are not to be used to harm, threaten, or destroy any person, organization, or entity. Any use of the products for such purposes is strictly prohibited, and may result in the revocation of the customer's access to the products, as well as other penalties or legal action. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products are used in compliance with this prohibition.
• We reserve the right to refuse any user's request for a custom order.
• Any custom orders or requests made by the customer are the property of the company (or individual) providing the services. Peak Modifications reserves the right to sell or otherwise dispose of any such custom orders or requests, and the customer does not have any ownership rights in or to such orders or requests.
• The Terms of Service for Peak Modifications may change at any time for any reason.
